Cancellation Timeframe:
Customers may cancel or reschedule their junk removal service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee or loss of any deposit paid.
Refund Process:
Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exceptions:
Custom or special orders and services already in progress may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
