Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BlueSky Junk & Hauling LLC, we aim to deliver reliable, high-quality junk removal services. Please review our refund and cancellation terms before booking.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our service, completed jobs are non-refundable. If you’re not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

⏳ Refund Timeframe

Refund requests (if eligible) must be made within 24 hours of the completed job.

💳 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.

🚚 Return/Service Limitations

As we do not sell physical products, no item returns or shipping are involved. However, if an item was removed in error, please contact us immediately.

❌ Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued for jobs completed as described and agreed upon.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

📅 Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment for free with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
